Gardens of Delight is a Center for Natural Healing located on 3.5 acres in the rolling hills along the Missouri River. We offer therapies and classes teaching the fundamentals of self care and healing. Offering Anusara Inspired Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga, Kundalini Yoga: weekdays Monday through Friday. We also offer an Herbal Apprenticeship program which is a year-long and hands-on course of intense study. Private sessions of Energy Healing with Aromatherapy are available.
