ServingVETS's mission is to develop America's most trusted online guide for organizations dedicated to serving Veteran and Military communities across our great nation. How we do this: * Staff Review and Approval - We develop a high level of trust because anyone in the community can contribute a Service but each Service submission is reviewed, improved, and ultimately approved by our staff. All reviews are also monitored closely to clean out spam and investigate flagged content from our users. * Friends' Reviews - All service pages have ratings and reviews of all community member ranked by submission date. However, ServingVETS also enables users to click on the Facebook Friends' Reviews tab on any service page listing to see the most recent postings by their Facebook connections. We do this to give each user a personalized view of each service page that is more relevant and trusted. * Veteran Verification Badge - ServingVETS is the first ratings and reviews system to take advantage of the ID.me Veteran verification service. This partnership empowers their 300,000 members to have their ratings and reviews officially stamped as a verified Veteran on the ServingVETS platform. The website is always free for Veteran families. The goal of our trusted system and verification efforts is to create a high level of context and integrity for each service page's ratings and reviews.
