JD Works was founded to offer clients a complete package of design services with a strong focus on user experience and interaction design. Our design process puts the end-user at its core, championing them at each phase of the design life-cycle. Regular engagement is facilitated throughout the research, requirements specification, design and evaluation stages via the use of interviews, workshops, and usability testing to ensure the resulting product is fully fit-for-purpose, delighting users and clients alike. We provide a full UX/UI design service employing a variety of tools bespoke to each client’s needs. In the past, this has included A/B testing, observational studies and software based analysis, production of personas, user journeys and task models, design of high/low fidelity prototypes, wireframes and visuals, and appropriate primary and secondary evaluation techniques. Our experience stretches from one-off research pieces to design of specialist B2B and B2C web applications, production of consumer-facing Apps and websites, to establishment of user-driven design processes and thinking into client teams.
