Rosamond Community Services District provides water, sewer, street lighting, and graffiti abatement services to approximately 5,500 customers. Rosamond is located in Kern County, 80 miles north of Los Angeles. Our Core Mission is to bring a better quality of life to our community of Rosamond by providing essential services at the best cost while striving, in everything that we do, to be protective and prudent with our community's resources and money.
