• Leading the investments of Israeli investment groups in utility scale solar projects in the US at any stage of development. • Supplying the investors with up to date market analysis and market risk characteristics. • Maintaining an on-going connection with solar developers in the US and offering different sources of pure equity for their projects. • Managing all investment phases for the investment group, including search of projects, project study, due diligence, coordination between the investment committee and the developer, financial closing and project management at the construction phase and project lifetime.
