Lemonade Fit™ is a woman owned and operated business in Charlotte, NC. We specialize in working with women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels! The training style and approach at Lemonade Fit™ studio focuses on building strength, confidence, healthy habits and a good relationship with your body! It does NOT include high intensity training classes or CrossFit style training. Lemonade Fit™ has designed a workout program that progresses clients through exercise phases in order to build a foundation before progressing to more complicated movements. This program has been built using a combination of NASM principles, Nick Tumminello's Design Mastery Course principles and Candice's own touches based on her experience working with 100s of clients. Lemonade Fit™ offers a very unique small group training environment, as well as one on one training and private group training in Charlotte, NC. Lemonade Fit™ also offers online training to clients located anywhere around the world!
