Home to over 150 companies and creative individuals with over 1,200 employees, the 200,000 sq ft Estate has established itself as the largest collaborative music community in the world. This has now grown to include complimentary industries in the entertainment, technology and marketing sectors. Recent CPP acquisitions have included adjacent sites at Tile Yard to meet increasing tenant demand and to provide improving facilities to the expanding community. Alongside developing studios, CPP strive to help aspiring artists. By being a patron of the Royal Academy Schools scheme, we provide studio space for post graduate artists. Paul and Susie Kempe have regularly backed artists with donations to the RA including bring Ai Weiwei’s Tree sculptures to London’s Royal Academy.
