We firmly believe that great talent does not necessarily come from individuals who attended the top business schools or received the highest marks. We are confident that a company's diversity of young employees determines its genuine success. They are the ones who contribute creativity, originality, and passion. Similar to this, we consider a student's portfolio of experiences during their time in college to be more important than their final grade. These are the ones that force one to develop, widen their minds and eyes. We believe that these are the experiences that make a candidate the ideal candidate. We call these young people hikers.
