PAA was founded in April of 1984 in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil by the current partners who had graduated from the Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo (Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Sao Paulo). We deliver architectural designs in planning, building and interior design, in addition to having a wide range of experience with territorial development. We expect the active participation of our clients, in regard to the feasibility of the project, budgeting costs and meeting deadlines, from the starting point to its implementation. We have been regarded as a pioneer in the field of space planning and interior design, contributing to the enhancement of those market in Brazilian architecture. Since the beginning, business clients in the financial center demanded rapid but planned changes and adaptations to their working environment. This led us to the development of a suitable methodology to respond the demand of our clients. With the development and the implementation of this methodology, we have worked with a great variety of clients, who range from different scales and segments of the business community, as one can see from our list of customers.
