The office was opened by Avv. Antonia Marsaglia in 1981 with the main object to assist foreign business entering the Italian market and Italian business on the international market. The activity has developed over the last 33 years to offer clients global commercial assistance by becoming an active member of their operative team where business is being developed. The assistance provided includes negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts such as international sale of goods, agency and distribution, assistance for legal due diligence, negotiations and drafting of documents pertaining to acquisitions, mergers, bids, company incorporation and joint ventures, tax structures. The litigation department follows litigation over all the national territory and internationally, and offers a cost effective service for credit collection. Special attention is given to arbitration and conciliation procedures. The working languages are Italian, French, English and Spanish. The lawyers working group has three senior lawyers: Avv.
