ABOUT US Interactive Elements is a public transportation consulting firm with active practices in planning, design, operations (including safety and security), engineering, and oversight. Our staff consists of seasoned professionals with hands-on operating experience at the nation's largest rail and bus systems. Since the firm's founding in 1989, we have played a role in some of this country's most important transit infrastructure improvements, working alongside the nation's premier engineering and construction firms. We provide technical experts in technical disciplines, project management staff, and clerical and administrative personnel. The hands-on experience of our senior staff enables us to bring a special perspective to our assignments. We were the first woman-owned business to become a prime Project Management Oversight Consultant for the Federal Transit Administration. In this role, since 2004, we have been overseeing federal expenditures for New Jersey Transit’s multi-billion dollar capital program and the construction of an $800 million commuter railroad in North Carolina. We are a U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) graduate and an SDB/DBE/WBE firm in more than 25 jurisdictions.
