Dealtree.com founded in 1999, was sold to Best Buy in 2008. Dealtree provided secondary market sales channel services to Buy.com, Best Buy, Circuit City, Good Guys and others. Dealtree launched Trade-in services in 2004 with the Apple iMac trade in center launched in 2004 with MacMall. Dealtree went on to provide consumer electronics trade-in services, return center logistics, data wiping and product refurbishment. Dealtree also provided the software platforms DTMS, DTPRC powering the most efficient reverse logistics and returns management processes for retailers.
