Paradigma Educational Foundation aims at shifting the "industrial" paradigm of education. We believe that the driver of that paradigm shift is not technology, textbooks or assessment but teacher. We are a foundation with a professional staff and advisory council represented by associate professors in education. We empower teachers to engage in professional learning communities, to continuously inquire into their practice, to develop and share teaching practices, to become the main professionals who develop curricula, teaching resources and shift the current paradigm of education.
