Parchment Trust Limited is a registered charity, founded in 1993 to serve people with learning and physical disabilities in East Sussex. The Trust provides services that respond to individual needs, with person-centred support. We provide opportunities for learning, occupation, socialising and access to the community:- - The Bridge (COMING SOON) for our new division for Supportive Employment for people with a variety of disabilities seeking work - The Co-operative for people with learning disabilities who want to be as independent as possible - Friary Gardeners horticultural scheme for people with a variety of disabilities - Individually designed day opportunities for those with profound and complex needs Parchment Trust seeks to uphold Christian principles in every area of the organisation. In practice this means that the Trustees and staff aim to act with honesty, integrity and openness at all times. The Trustees are all committed Christians who are motivated by a desire to serve the organisation. The organisation does not exclusively employ Christians, nor does it seek to. Those employees who are not Christians are not discriminated against in any way. We do however ask all employees to be prepared to work within the Christian principles of the organisation.
