There Is No Limit Foundation was founded in 2008 by Guinean sisters Mariama Mounir Camara and Aissata Mounir Belgrade Camara. They had $18 to put towards this organization but they knew our work was of utmost importance because of their own experiences as survivors of domestic and gender-based violence. Since then, There Is No Limit Foundation has grown into a reputable and widely recognized organization that has impacted over 35,000 people. We have also reached over 10 million people through our advocacy to protect the rights of women and girls to their bodies and to end harmful practices such as female genital mutilation. Our work has been featured in media worldwide including The Guardian, Deutsche Welle, Brut, PBS, Vogue, and the New York Times.
