Project TouchDown was founded in 2014 to provide support and advice to those who are homeless and those that are in need. Project TouchDown is a voluntary community group based in Derby. Since 2014 we have been working closely with the homeless and those in need in and around the Derby area. Our main goal is to help support the homeless and those in need in any way possible whether that is with employment, housing, clothing or food. Project TouchDown continue to provide our service once a week in the Derby city centre and provide activities in which our team is able to interact with the service user and also build a truth based relationship. Project TouchDown have a strong team of volunteers which commit their time and efforts to make the whole community project a success. Supported by the local community individuals and businesses, they also play a huge part in our weekly service to the homeless. We always welcome new businesses to join our journey, as our aim to bring together the community for one purpose.
