The Modular Housing Association Prairie Provinces (MHAPP) has been the regional trade association responsible for the interests of the modular and manufactured housing industry since 1976. The MHA’s membership base consists of modular-built facilities, retail sales and service centres, transporters, land lease community developers/owners, and a large number of suppliers of goods and services in primarily in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
