FIMX Oy is a software company founded in 1993. We offer our customers the FIMX service, which is a networked service for property management and maintenance. The service facilitates co-operation and adds transparency between several actors within the field of property management. Our customers consist of a substantial group of actors within the property management industry, such as property investors, property house managers, service providers and occupants. It is easy to record and update important property information with the help of the FIMX service. Furthermore, when information is recorded and kept up to date, the day to day actions can be easily monitored.
