I created Aim & Action Counseling Services because I enjoy creating safe spaces for people to be honest—to not be ok, to have doubts, to dream big, and to work on whatever is holding you back together. I emphasize working on these things together because I’m not going to tell you what to do, since people tend to enjoy (and also thrive) having options and choosing for themselves what they would like to do. Specializing in young adults, anxiety, life transitions, and addictions, I'm prepared to help!
