Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery was founded nearly 40 years ago in Charleston, WV, and has since grown to include clinics in Teays Valley, WV; Huntington, WV; Beckley, WV; and Parkersburg, WV. Our team of board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeons consists of Jack Krajekian, DMD; John Brock, DDS; James Henderson, DDS, MD; Martin Salguiero, DDS; DDS; Italo DiPrisco, DDS; and Steven Ledford, DDS.
