Elite Contracting is a full service drywall and framing contractor licensed in the state of Maryland and Washington DC. We are locally owned and operated out of Takoma Park, MD. Elite Contracting is MHIC and DCRA Certified. We are currently in the application process for our MDOT MBE Certification. We are highly experienced in commercial division 6 and division 9 work including rough carpentry, framing and blocking, light gauge metal framing, gypsum board assemblies, batt insulation, interior and exterior painting and acoustical ceiling systems. We have completed projects for a vast array of clients throughout the state of Maryland and Washington DC and specialize in projects for the multifamily, educational, retail and commercial fit-outs markets.
