Permanent Mission of THE GLOBAL UNION • GU-GHCF to the Safety of Nations and their People - for you, with you, for all - as together is better «Build Solid Basis for Safety of Nations and their People» (The President of global Office H.E. F. Houmard) The President’s global Office and his established global supranational-intergovernmental organization and foundation called The GLOBAL UNION • GU-GHCF (THE GU & GU-GHCF) which organizationally include GU's Global Houmard & CO. Foundation (as an honor of his acceptance of his election, one of his family names, was included in the name of the international non-profit foundation), with the permanent mission dedicated to the Safety of Nations and their People, was officially elected and implemented in 2017. THE GLOBAL UNION, and the GU-GHCF that is part of it, was founded to unite the nations of the globe under its global leadership – to facilitate new innovative and sustainable structures, protocols, recommendations, directives and projects which serve humanity in all aspects covered by administrative and organisational, as well as operational and finance domains; things waiting to be implemented in different states, both in the public and private sectors. It reviews project and business proposals from the Member States and Partners and other institutions, as well as companies and private individuals. Recently in August 2018, we also welcomed the signing of GU's GLOBAL WOMEN ASSOCIATION (MDGWAEPA) which include the GLOBAL AWARD-CERTIFICATIONS and COMMUNITY, and reports directly to the President’s global Office. THE GLOBAL UNION • GU-GHCF and GU's GLOBAL HOUMARD & CO. FOUNDATION was established by Order of the ICDO and Members. However, it acts independently at the international level, in an supranational-intergovernmental and neutral manner and is officially registered at the Swiss Federal Department for international Foundations and Organizations.
