Henry County Emergency Medical Services (HCEMS) is a county operated emergency medical service that is overseen by the Henry County Local Government. Henry County EMS is a 24-hour a day, 365 day a year service to the citizens and visitors of Henry County, Kentucky. HCEMS operates at the BLS and ALS levels as aligned by the Kentucky Board of EMS. HCEMS operates as a paid service. MISSION Henry County EMS responds to the community to preserve life, improve health and promote safety. Henry County EMS responds countywide to emergency and non-emergency requests for individuals in need of medical treatment and transport. Henry County EMS also responds outside of its primary service area to provide care under mutual aid agreements with other counties when requested by those agencies. VISION Henry County EMS is committed to responding to the changing needs of an expanding service area, and also being a recognized leader in innovative, cost-effective, clinically advanced, pre-hospital medical care.
