Gastro Ventures is an innovation hub that was born with the aim of bringing a unique approach to Food-Tech, with a strong commitment to innovation, disruption and sustainability. The company operates in two distinct areas. While the first one is focused on the Food Tech industry and is a venture in which research plays an essential role, the second one deals with culinary management in the restoration sector. The company is also co-organiser and main sponsor of the Science & Cooking Public Lectures at Harvard University (Boston) and the Science and Cooking World Congress.
