Sean O’Malley, the Managing Director for NCompass, began his career back in 1992 with a boutique fine art shipper based on Long Island, New York named Marshall Fine Arts. There, he learned the craft of safely handling, packing & crating fine art for Museums, Galleries & Auction Houses and rose to the position of Crating Department Manager before turning his attention to logistics, exhibition management, supply chain and international forwarding. Sean always had a vision of a sensitive freight shipping company whose culture would be based on listening to the needs of each and every client and then being agile and knowledgeable enough to customise the services offered to suit a wide variety of Customer wishes. As this vision crystalised he also determined that no such company existed yet and NCompass Logistics Pty Ltd was born.
