MWI focuses on sharing the evidence-based, science-backed practices that are proven to help reduce stress, worry, loneliness, anxiety, and depression—and improve our ability to cope, connect, and thrive. Some of the most effective tools for preventing and managing mental health challenges, according to peer-reviewed studies, are free — and they include movement and exercise, mindfulness, optimal nutrition, and social connectivity. We aim to popularize this information, research, and as well as the conversations that support mental wellness worldwide. We believe in empowering and communicating mental wellbeing for people around the world. Through the exchange of knowledge, we can promote and support lifelong growth, happiness, creativity, inner peace, compassion and wisdom. Movement and exercise, mindfulness, optimal nutrition and social connectivity are all supported by evidence as ways of creating and maintaining growth in mental wellness and happiness. In this, self-care and self-guidance are cornerstones to sustainable mental wellness.
