In October 2022, Evolution Infrastructure Limited acquired the business of the market-leading financial advisory, modelling, model assurance and training provider to the infrastructure and project finance sector, DWPF Services Limited. Evolution Infrastructure is a new company set up by Daniel Tyerman, Hamish Tulloch and Simon Johnson.
