PerformX is a software platform that enables medical practices to survey each step of a patient’s visit and use that feedback to improve Patient Experience. By utilizing a simple, immediate post visit survey, a patient expressing a negative event can be quickly recovered. A patient noting a positive experience will always be encouraged to post their review. Survey responses are used to identify needed coaching that is delivered from the PerformX Library of customer service standards.
