ESTEEMMATES.com was established in 2016 to connect young adults that have developmental disabilities to professional athletes and peers for improved self-esteem through healthy lifestyles. Our goal is to help others realize their potential and goals through involvement in adaptive sports, meeting with professional athletes in their area of interest - football, sled hockey, baseball, basketball, gymnastics, cheerleading, and others - for motivation and improved self-esteem. Nutritional strategies for healthy living allow us to connect on a personal level with young adults and their families so that they can train for their sports and attain peak performance.
