We’re a boutique Strategy and M&A advisory firm founded in 2015. Our roots were in transaction advisory services (M&A) but we've broadened our work to include Strategy consulting. Services include: M&A advisory, financial analysis, financial modelling, market research, geographic expansion, business cases, and strategy development. Clients served range from mid-sized companies to large listed multi-national companies. Sector focus is predominantly financial services, but also have agriculture, chemicals, mining and food franchising sector project experience.
