Our state-of-the-art, artificially intelligent, assessment and analytics system is the Smart Test Technology® platform, which generates assessment questions, administers tests, and reports individual and group level outcomes. We administer computer adaptive assessments of fluid intelligence, quantitative reasoning, mental visualization, human motivation, personality, and competencies. Our HCM services include job & task analyses, competency modeling, performance management, selection/training/promotion system design and HCM systems validation. LDAA products are able to predict important educational and employment outcomes such as student course completion/program completion and job performance (competency ratings, employee-generated revenue, and employee margin).
