The vision of the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball is to be acknowledged as the leader in volleyball in Arizona. The mission of the Region (formerly known as Cactus Region which originated in 1989) is to promote, govern, oversee, plan and coordinate amateur indoor and outdoor volleyball in the Arizona Region, in order to provide a variety of opportunities for all interested parties to participate in a safe, positive and appropriately competitive environment.
