Beacon started its journey in the year 1995 at Kerala . It is one of the fastest growing battery manufacturing company in India . Beacon had its present modern plant with a building capacity of 20,000 sq.ft, and an additional free space of 20,000 sq.ft for future developmental plans. In 2000 and shifted the production to this new building. Beacon started automotive batteries in the year 2000 and our dealership network extend to all over Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Karnataka. We started production of Inverters & Ups in the year 2001 with various capacities. Beacon owned a modern testing laboratory during the year 2004 for quality control and started testing raw materials and finished product. For achieving excellence in quality Beacon implemented ISO9000: 2000 certification for matching to international standards. In the year 2008 Beacon introduced heat-sealing machine and inter cell-welding machine. This modern technology in battery industry was very few at that time in South India. To maintain the quality and international standards Beacon added Automatic filling machine, modern curing chamber and advanced prickling process. To add the Eco friendly production system and a responsibility towards community, we introduced air purification and water treatment system in our factory. We upgraded the ISO certification to 9001:2008 in the year 2011. In order to cater the needs of customers smoothly, we started the distribution dealer network in the year 2011.
