Placements Unlimited was founded in 1993 by Rick Finstad and Ginger Sharp to address the growing local demand for talent. Rick’s banking background combined with Ginger’s previous staffing experience provided a great foundation upon which to build a healthy staffing company. Through the years Placements Unlimited has cultivated a reputation for being a friendly, reliable, accurate. We have placed more than 7000 people since we first opened our door. After helping to build a healthy and loyal following of clients, Ginger retired in 1997. Since then Placements Unlimited has continued to be considered one of the main sources for staff in Waco.
