We operate 63 hydroelectric generating stations, making us one of the largest hydroelectricity producers in the world. Close to 100% of our electricity is generated using water, a generating option with very low greenhouse gas emissions and no toxic waste. This clean energy is delivered to our customers across Québec and our export markets, where it contributes to the fight against climate change. We also fine-tune technological innovations that set the benchmark for electricity providers worldwide: safe battery materials, energy storage systems, electrical powertrain systems, network maintenance robots and more.
