The Arab AmeriCare Foundation (AAF) is a U.S based organization that seeks to advance the professional and economic wellbeing of Palestinian young professionals, through an initiative called the Palestinian Youth Leadership Program (PYLP). The AAF, through its Palestinian Youth Leadership Program seeks to: (i) invest in the professional training of Palestinian young professionals in the West Bank; (ii) enhance their employability prospects; and (iii) help contribute to the economic stability and growth in Palestine by investing in Palestinian society’s greatest asset—its young professionals.
