With an MSc Coaching Psychology, a B Comm, CA, Grad Dip NFP Mgmt and over 20 years in a variety of management and leadership roles, I am an experienced executive coach who speaks the language of business. Having spent over 25 years working in New Zealand, Australia, England, Scotland and Brazil, I have a wealth of local and international experience along with coaching qualifications and knowledge that can help enhance the performance and quality of life of individuals and organisations. Specialising in cognitive behavioural coaching, an evidence-based, solution focused practice, I am an advocate of positive psychology. Taking a respectfully challenging and motivational approach, rather than prescribing solutions my coaching style emphasises process with the aim of creating authentic, tangible outcomes. Certified in the use of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile, I am an accredited Realise2 Strengths practitioner, trained ACT behavioural change coach, member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and am currently the Director of Finance for ICF Australasia. I have been involved with program/project management at a senior level for a variety of organisations across a range of sectors including infrastructure capital projects, telecommunications; railway construction, civil construction, heavy engineering, manufacturing, business development, broadcasting, and not-for-profit service delivery.I have worked in the UK, Spain, Brazil, Chile, and Australia; and in large organisations including KPMG, London Underground, Downer and Balfour Beatty. Active in the wider business community, I am a member of the Canterbury Employers’ Chamber of Commerce (CECC), Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ), Rotary International, Toastmasters International and the New Zealand Institute of Management Southern.
