Cox Construction is owned & operated by professional civil engineer James Cox and health and safety professional Maria Kenny. James is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, having gained his honors degree in 1997 from University College Dublin. In 2006, James formed Cox Construction, with the ambition of using his vast experience & expertise gained on larger construction projects to bring a professional, managed & environmentally friendly approach to Home Building in Ireland. For over 10 years James worked as a Civil Engineer & Project Manager, with one of Ireland’s largest construction company’s on some of the countries most prestigious construction projects. Projects such as Naas Civic Offices, Clarion Quay Apartments, A& L Goodbody IFSC and Kildare Retail Village. Maria Kenny, M.Sc. Occupational Health and Safety, M.Agr.SC H.Dip.B.S., is also  graduate of UCD. Maria has worked as a project manager across a wide range of sectors including agriculture, construction, outsourcing, recruitment, marketing and retail. Maria focuses on ensuring that Cox Construction  projects are carried out in compliance with all current Irish health and safety legislation.
