The Islamic Azad University, East Tehran Branch (IAUET) (Persian: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شرق) is a private university located in the southeast of Tehran, Iran, established in 2001. The university campuses rest on 540,000 m² of various districts of Tehran. It offers approximately 12,000 undergraduate and graduates degree programs in multiple disciplines such as Applied Sciences, Engineering, Art and Architecture, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Medical Sciences.
