Association of Employers of the FBiH is an independent, non-profit, nongovernmental organization that represents the interests of employers and provide the necessary support in the development of the business. Mission Our mission is that through tripartite dialogue with the government and trade unions to actively participate in the creation of legal regulations in order to create conditions for the improvement and development of the business environment in the Federation. Vision Being a representative of employers' organizations and to use its own authority, recognizable and abundance of our members we are respected as an indispensable partner to the Government and trade unions, and have a direct impact on the adoption of laws and regulations that are essential for efficient business. Goals Our goals we will achieved through the following activities: • Help and support to the members at all levels of activities; • Creating an adequate business environment that which will provide stable business of our members, development and full employment; • Reducing fiscal and para-fiscal charges for employers; • Consistent implementation of measures to mitigate the global economic crisis, signed with the Government of FBiH and Trade Unions of BiH; • Promotion of entrepreneurship; • Strengthening the material, human and organizational capacities of the Association;
