The Albanian Center for Regional Development and Cooperation (RCDC) is a non-governmental organization established in 2007. Its mission is to contribute towards the regional development through economic development, social development and environmental protection and improvement. RCDC was created as the initiative of a group of experienced professionals in various fields of expertise aiming to contribute to the regional development through coordination and cooperation with regional governmental authorities, administration offices and international organizations.
