Dubbo Filmmakers was originally formed in early 2013 as an informal collective of people from Dubbo and surrounds who had an interest in the production of film, in particular locally-made film. In July 2019, Dubbo Filmmakers Inc became an incorporated not-for-profit. Our objective is to promote and advance screen content creation and the screen industry in Dubbo and surrounding areas. Since 2013, we have held the One Eye Film Festival, screening films by local filmmakers. Our activities include professional development workshops and film production.
