RePicture is a public benefit organization on a mission to increase interest and diversity in STEM, with a focus on historically underrepresented groups. On our project-based community platform, members learn about real-world STEM initiatives through students, professional organizations, industry leaders, and educational institutions. Through our STEM Career Accelerator, students are provided with one-on-one career coaching, mentorship, and the tools to create a personal portfolio of project research that will help them thrive in the STEM world. We are so proud of what our students create with RePicture’s platform. Our program not only helps students discover STEM careers but provides the tools and relationships they need to achieve them. It is our goal to offer this program completely free to historically underrepresented groups. 75% of our program participants are women, and we are honored to be a recipient of the Women in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN) Breakthrough Award alongside past recipients such as AT&T and IBM. We have also written about the benefits of our groundbreaking platform, and have been published in the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE).
