Projects include undertaking surveys to UKAS internal procedures, compiling UKAS quality systems and leading UKAS external audits, compiling removal specifications, surveying specifications auditing all elements of the quality system including on site audits and undertaking compliance audits for housing associations with stocks ranging from 5000 to 28,000 properties and private contracts worth millions of pounds.
