To help experienced professionals and experts share their experience and knowledge. 4. Create a platform for interaction between newcomers and experts. To achieve these four goals, I suggest implementing the following initiatives: 1. Create a Training center 1.1. Collect a variety of training courses with real participant feedback. 1.2. Provide a venue to host courses directly from experts and authors 1.3. Organize free training activities: webinars, seminars, workshops, etc. 1.4. Start a tutorial channel on youtube, to invite different experts to share information. 2. Create a Career center 2.1. Provide a platform for mentors and mentees 2.2. Develop a broad and versatile competency and grading matrix for PM 2.3. Develop roadmaps for PM development 2.4. Create a job board with vacancies and resumes 2.5. Organize public and private interviews 3. Create a public Knowledge base for IT PM 3.1. Based on Notion 3.2. Collect as much information as possible in one space 3.3. Organize the process of updating the base 3.4. 4. Create Sandbox for projects 4.1. Organize resource pools of specialists 4.2. Collect ideas for implementation 4.3. Organize development environments 4.4. Provide expert support for projects 4.5. Attract investors and sponsors to execute projects
