All students deserve successful pathways to STEM careers, including those in traditionally underserved communities. Our goals are to: • Reach, inspire, and enable students who otherwise might not consider, or believe they could achieve, STEM careers • Engage them in hands-on experiential learning through interesting and challenging STEM projects during their K-12 years • Support their pursuit of college or university degrees in related majors We are dedicated to providing educational opportunities in STEM fields while: • Reinforcing students’ self-confidence • Enhancing students’ problem-solving skills through a hands-on learning approach • Increasing students’ awareness of career possibilities in STEM disciplines and encouraging pursuit of such careers
