For 20 years, I lead Global SAP projects : From 1994, with RHODIA, my main and previous employer, leader in chemistry of specialty As project manager and integration manager, I especially built and deployed RCS (Rhodia Core System), a worldwide project of Information System harmonization of Rhodia. Catalysor of all Rhodia business best practices, its geographical scope was global and its implementation mainly based on SAP Solutions (SD, PP, QM, MM, PM, PS, FI, CO, APO, GTS and BW). At the end of 2008, RCS counted 6000 users of 4 continents. In 2009, I resumed a consulting activity to business companies, with which I developed skills in Environmental Prevention by implementing the features of SAP EH&S with customers answering to REACH regulations. However, I also maintained my skills in project management by occurring on upgrade operations and complete implementation of SAP in SME context (Small and Medium Sized Enterprise) In 2011, Still in consulting to business companies, I am the IS and Integration Manager within the project Ambition. A project of construction and worldwide roll out of the Core System of ARKEMA (Chemical Industry). In this position I ensure overall consistency of SAP Solutions in the globalized context of ARKEMA Group. In implementing methodological procedures, I organize and coordinate all phases that punctuate the construction and deployment of the Core Model.
