IBPS provides the following services: executive job search including an emphasis on diverse talents; diversity and inclusion training; unconscious bias training; cultural intelligence and cultural competence training; women's leadership/choices/equality training; inter-generational training; and corporate governance and business ethics training. We give live presentations and can develop on-demand, on-line presentations, and an innovative asynchronous video recording presentation where participants can use the computers, cell phones, and/or tablets.
