We are focused on building a bigger future for sport by elevating and empowering women, athletes and leaders - both on and off the field. At the core of our work is building a more “balanced head-heart leadership”– bringing in the more “feminine energies” (such as trust, relationship; empathy, inclusion) to enhance wellbeing and uplift the experience of sport for all. This, in itself, lifts the performance platform. Growth happens by attracting higher participation (with the emphasis on elevating women).
