Human Hub Japan is an consulting firm to help to build an innovation ecosystem in the Kansai region by getting connected all relevant resources to lead innovation and to make the whole City into "one workspace". This activity is called "HackOsaka". The achievement of "HackOsaka" is the corporate mission. The founder was a former Director General for Innovation in the Osaka City Government. During the time he led the HackOsaka movement and established Osaka Innovation Hub (a Center Hub in the City) as well as subsidized to establish other hubs in the City to connect each other to form human network. After retiring the City he founded his own company, Human Hub Japan, to keep pursuing his personal mission to foster innovation ecosystem. He believes the more the society faces rapid changes in technologies, the more the society should become flexible to adapt to those changes by having human-net-work. He is a member of "Venture Supporters Committee" organized by METI/Kansai.
